CONROE, TX -- The Conroe ISD Police Department is now hiring full-time, 261-day officers for those looking to play a key role in keeping students and staff safe in our schools.

The starting salary is between $58,940 and $69,362 depending on experience and qualifications. Conroe ISD also offers Teacher Retirement System (TRS) benefits, overtime pay, comp time, most weekends off, certification pay, full health care and dental coverage, 100-plus annual training hours, as well as 20 paid leave days and 12 paid holidays.

Are you looking at retirement, but aren’t ready to fully retire? Then one of our 202-day positions may be right for you. These officers maintain full-time status, receive extra time off during the school year, and extended time off during the summer.
