YMCA of Greater Houston Hosted Free Event, Healthy Kids Day at 19 Centers

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Over the weekend, the YMCA of Greater Houston hosted Healthy Kids Day, a free community event aimed at inspiring kids and families to keep their minds and bodies active throughout the summer months and beyond!

In addition to exploring various opportunities to stay active all year round, develop leadership and teamwork skills, and build lasting relationships, families and youth also learned about multiple programs the Y offers to help kids get involved, stay active, and inspire them to find activities that they love!

The YMCA of Greater Houston is committed to empowering all community members and providing them the resources to thrive.
