THE WOODLANDS, TX – Quote of the week: “The backbone of surprise is fusing speed with secrecy.” — Carl von Clausewitz

This is our last full week before the official onset of summer, even though most days will be cooler and wetter than what we’re used to. Here’s a sampling of some indoor and outdoor events you can try, depending on what the weather happens to be doing at that particular moment. You’ll note that our Sunday listings are ‘normal’ – don’t worry, we haven’t forgotten about the dads; we’ll be presenting a full list of Father’s Day events this week!

Join them for a live breakdown of the college essay process. Yes, schools offer some guidance, but counselors are helping hundreds of students at once. This is your chance to hear directly from an expert in a smaller, more focused setting. Whether your student is dragging their feet or spinning their wheels, this is the starting point you both need.
