THE WOODLANDS, TX – Ford Elementary School, a Conroe ISD school on Richards Road just north of Rayford Road and east of I-45, evacuated its students from classes due to a gas odor.
Woodlands Online reached out to Andrew Stewart, executive director of communications for CISD.
“All students are in ‘portables’ and air-conditioned buses,” Stewart told Woodlands Online. “They all have water and lunches are being delivered. Everyone is safe and being taken care of. CenterPoint crews are on site to determine if and what repairs are needed, along with Montgomery County law enforcement and first responders.”
Woodlands Online will provide updates as needed.
