Registration is open for New Danville’s annual golf tournament

THE WOODLANDS, TX – New Danville, a locally based nonprofit organization that provides adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities an opportunity to live enriched and purposeful lives, has announced that registration and sponsorship opportunities are open for its annual ‘Play a Round With The Wranglers’ golf tournament.
“We’re thrilled to invite you to hit the greens with purpose; don’t miss your chance to be a part of a meaningful day filled with golf, connection, and community impact,” said New Danville representatives in a statement.
The golf tournament will take place Monday, September 29, at The Woodlands Country Club – Palmer Course, 100 Grand Fairway Dr. in The Woodlands. From 10:30 a.m. until noon, there will be registration, lunch, and driving range access, and then the tournament proper will commence at 12 noon with a shotgun start. From 4:15 - 6:00 p.m., there will be the after-tourney festivities consisting of dinner, an open bar, awards, and presentations.
Highlights of the tournament include awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, awards for ‘Closest to the Pin (men and women), awards for the longest drive (men and women), and a hole-in-one contest. Registration is only $300 per player, or $1,000 per team of four, and includes green fees, golf cart, tee gift, lunch, and dinner.
