The Woodlands Arts Council seeks volunteers for the upcoming Texas Fine Craft Show

THE WOODLANDS, TX – The annual Texas Fine Craft Show is coming to The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel September 26 - 28. The show will feature more than 50 skilled fine craft artists from across the country. This event offers The Woodlands area community a unique boutique shopping experience and an opportunity to engage directly with the artists.
The Woodlands Arts Council, presenter of the show, has put out a call for additional volunteers needed before, during, and after the event. Currently there is still a need for Artist Load-In Helpers, Artist Load-Out Helpers, Artist Relations, Patron Art Pick-Up, Program Distributors, and Ticket Scanners.
“As a gesture of appreciation for your time, every volunteer will receive complimentary admission to the Texas Fine Craft Show, along with the opportunity to explore and shop before and/or after their scheduled shifts,” said representatives from the council in a statement. “You will immerse yourself in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. We encourage your friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers to join us as volunteers at the Texas Fine Craft Show or any of our many events throughout the year.”
To volunteer, visit www.thewoodlandsartscouncil.volunteerlocal.com/volunteer/?id=103165 and select a volunteer job from the list to view available shifts by date. Click on ‘View Description’ when selecting a shift and review the requirements and expectations for the job you are interested in before confirming registration.
