THE WOODLANDS, TX – Quote of the week: “It is not in the stars to hold our destiny but in ourselves.” — William Shakespeare

Tuesday, September 9
Bravo Broadway!, presented by the Houston Symphony, is happening at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion; no tickets are required for this free show that starts at 7:30 p.m. Broadway music has a way of reaching places in the heart that few other genres can touch. It defies gravity not just in lyrics and themes, but in how it lifts our spirits, invites us to dream, and carries us to places where emotion takes center stage. It’s the soundtrack of hope, heartbreak, ambition, and triumph — and when it’s paired with the grandeur of a full symphony orchestra, the result is pure magic. From timeless classics to show-stopping modern hits, this performance will celebrate the energy, power, and emotion that make Broadway unforgettable. Whether you're a lifelong fan or someone discovering these songs for the first time, you'll be swept up in the sound and story of each piece.
