The Woodlands Arts Council announces registration is open for 2025 Microgrant Program
THE WOODLANDS, TX – The Woodlands Arts Council (TWAC) has announced that its annual microgrant program is open for submissions now through October 5. The program enables and supports artistic projects within the Montgomery County community with more than $180,000 in impact since 2021.
For the third year running, TWAC is excited to announce its continued partnership with The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion that brings additional funding earmarked specifically for performing arts projects and applicants.
The 2025 microgrant program offers two opportunities:
The Performing Arts Microgrant in partnership with The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion – Organizations, educators, and individuals in Montgomery County may apply for the funding of specific projects which further enable accessibility in the performing arts.
The Dr. David Gottlieb Education Microgrant – Arts educators and arts organizations can request funds for projects that otherwise would not be possible.
Awards are offered from $250 - $5,000. The deadline to apply for either or both grants is October 5, 2025. Applicants notified of funding decisions December 3, 2025. The microgrant program is open for art projects from organizations and individuals in The Woodlands and Montgomery County.
