Kailee Mills Foundation announces new Executive Director Michelle Sacks

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Kailee Mills Foundation has announced that Michelle Sacks has joined the organization as their new Executive Director.

"Michelle brings more than 15 years of nonprofit leadership experience, with a deep focus on prevention education, advocacy, and community safety," said the foundation in a statement. "Throughout her career, she has been driven by a clear purpose: protecting children and strengthening the communities that surround them."

Sacks holds a Master’s degree in Legal and Forensic Psychology from the University of California, Irvine, and has worked extensively in partnership with law enforcement agencies, school districts, and community organizations to advance education, prevention, and safety initiatives.

Most recently, she served as Executive Director of Street Grace Texas, where she led statewide efforts to protect vulnerable children and expand community awareness through strategic partnerships and education. Her professional journey reflects a lifelong commitment to ensuring that no child, and no family, faces preventable tragedy.
