THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Interfaith of The Woodlands is proud to announce the support of two dynamic partners Co-Presenting The Walk 2026, Sewell Automotive and Wells Fargo. The announcement was made recently at The Walk VIP Community Champion Reveal event generously underwritten by Amerigo’s The Woodlands which publicly unveiled the 2026 Community Champions for The Walk: The Art of Giving and officially kicked-off the much anticipated event!

Each year, Interfaith honors Community Champions at this annual event, selected based on their impact and contributions to Interfaith of The Woodlands through volunteerism, philanthropy, and community support. This year’s Community Champions, generously sponsored by St. Luke’s Health, will honor: Linsey & Ryan Bibler, Cindy & Craig Heiser, Jo Anne & Troy Johnson, Kristen Byrnes & Carrie Greenberg, and Jill Simms & Sondra Lagasse.

This year’s Black and White themed ball will take place on Saturday, August 22, 2026, from 6:00 p.m. to midnight at The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center. Chaired by Kim Bonilla and Tina Goodson, proceeds from the event will benefit the many Programs and Services offered by Interfaith of The Woodlands to support neighbors experiencing crisis in South Montgomery County.

The Walk is creatively led by Courtney Pell Wilkerson and Noemi Gonzalez. The event will feature a New York-style runway fashion show showcasing designs from Pell 1990 and Suitsupply, along with a luxury bid board and live auction. The 2026 Community Champions will star in the Runway Finale, leading guests into a one-of-a-kind after party sponsored by The Kink Team.

“We are honored to live, work, and serve in a community filled with people who have a heart for helping others,” said Missy Herndon, President & CEO of Interfaith of The Woodlands. “We are grateful to our co-Presenting Sponsors, Sewell Automotive and Wells Fargo for their incredible generosity and to our 2026 Community Champions who are shining examples of individuals who are committed to building a more loving and caring community through their service, generosity, and leadership. We are thrilled celebrate our Champions and raise critical funds for Interfaith’s life-changing services on August 22.”
