Montgomery County ICAC Task Force Arrests Two Men on Child Pornography Charges
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- Two Montgomery County men have been arrested and charged with Possession of Child Pornography following two separate investigations by the MontgomeryCounty Precinct 1 Constable's Office Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force.
In May 2026, Sgt. Serratt of the Precinct 1 ICAC Unit received two separate cyber tips indicating that two individuals had child pornography.
Based on evidence developed during these investigations, Sgt. Serratt obtained arrest warrants for both subjects.
On Wednesday, May 13, 2026, Trey Hubbard of Montgomery, Texas, was taken into custody by Precinct 1 Deputies and charged with Possession of Child Pornography, a third-degree felony under Texas law.
On Friday, May 15, 2026, Christopher Cooke of Willis/Conroe was taken into custody by the Ellis County Sheriff's Department during a traffic stop and charged with Possession of Child Pornography, a third-degree felony under Texas law.
Both investigations remain ongoing and are being handled by the Montgomery County ICAC Task Force in coordination with the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office.
