The Woodlands Heating & Air crew is top notch! They are fair, consistent, clean, punctual, set realistic expectations and respectful. I went out for bid on two new units for a variety of makes/models 2+ years ago. The Woodlands Heating & Air had the most competitive bid from a pricing perspective + best product + best warranty. Two years later, the same still holds true. They did not try to build a ticket by telling me they needed to reroute our ducts, add new return air vents, add air vents and more. They really are what you see is what you get. They are honest, put everything in writing and very respectable technicians. They registered all of the warranties for both HVAC units and controls, automatically applied dealer rebates + Entergy rebates without me having to do anything. My family definitely recommends Phil and his crew at The Woodlands Heating & Air, even if you don't have a Trane unit.

Here's my review from 2+ years ago: Outstanding and prompt service! Although we have a builder grade Lenox HVAC system and they specialize in Trane, The Woodlands Heating & Air came out to service our system and spent a lot of time searching for the proper Lenox parts. They could have easily tried to sell us two new Trane HVAC units, but they were upfront and honest in the simple repair that needed to be performed. They will definitely have my business when the two units do go out!!!
