Ratings of Genghis Grill

My family, friends and I dined at their Woodlands, Texas location on March 24, 2021. We have many complaints!

The service was very slow. We only saw our waitress a few times. There were only two cooks manning the grill, which resulted in my bowl arriving 10 - 15 minutes after the rest of my table. We ordered pot stickers for appetizer. They arrived 40 minutes later (apparently, the original order was sent to the wrong table, but we found out about this after multiple inquiries as to where the order was). A friend who was dining with us said that he received bits of uncooked pork in his bowl. The icing on the cake was when we saw a LIVE ROACH crawling on the wall next to me (less than a foot from me and my food). Employees tried to squash the roach, but missed and the roach fell behind my seat. The manager took care of our bill and we left abruptly thereafter.

We loved going to this location, but after this visit, we will not be back to this location and have been turned off of Genghis Grill for the foreseeable future. We filed a complaint with the health department.
