Ratings of Conns Home Plus Corporate Office

I have emailed the corporate office because I purchased an 85 inch samsungvtv from Conns that was delivered without a remote. All calls and emails to Conns have been responded with denials to do the right thing and sending me a remote so I don’t have a thing mounted to my wall I can’t use and it makes my heart ache every time I see it cos as a single mom I paid money for the tv and ti have it mounted only to realize the remote wasn’t in the box. Waiting for corporate office to respond
