HS Football Play of the Game: The The Woodlandslanders at Montgomery Bears - 11/3/17
On Friday, November 3, the Montgomery Bears and The Woodlands Highlanders face off at Montgomery.
The Woodlands has rattled off five striaght wins since their week one loss to Katy and have win every game by a wide margian. The Highlanders seem to have all their key players back and healthy gearing up for their last two week before playoffs. Quinton Johnson has been the starting quarterback for the Highlanders but they finally saw Quinn Binney, who opened up the season as the starter, take snaps in last week's win against Conroe.
Montgomery sits in playoff contention but will need a win in their next two week and a loss by either Oak Ridge or West Brook in that time to capture the fourth and final playoff spot.
Head coach John Bolfing and the Montgomery Bears will have their work cut out for them and will hope for different results than they experienced during last season's 0-49 loss to The Woodlands.
Find out on November 3 under the Friday-night lights at Montgomery to see if The Woodlands will gain much needed momentum to face their rivals the College Park Cavaliers on November 10!
