E’terie announces a scrumptious fall/winter menu

Executive Chef Johana Gomez has announced a terrifically tasty new menu for the season, and temperatures drop, the year draws to a close, and our thoughts turn to holiday cheer. Here’s a breakdown of what you can enjoy every day starting at 5:00 p.m. – think about making a whole slew of reservations!

  • Small plates – cheese nibbles; crispy wings; giant pretzel; truffle fries; Texas chili nachos

  • Soups & salads – roasted butternut squash; E’terie chopped salad; caesar salad; and protein add-ons

  • Big bites – grilled cheese & tomato basil soup; turkey BLTA; E’terie burger; fettuccine alfredo; New York strip; C,B,R, panini; chicken & waffles

  • Healthy corner – salmon bowl; chicken & broccoli

  • Kids – chicken tenders; mac & cheese; turkey sandwich

  • Sweets – apple spiced warm bread pudding; strawberry cheesecake; hazelnut crunch cake; cinnamon roll pretzel bites

Additionally, E’terie has some cocktails, beers, wines, spirits, and soft drinks for every palate:

  • Cocktails – spiced pear margarita; tiramisu nightcap; pomegranate Moscow mule; apple sangria; PB&C; smoked old fashioned
