As 2023 comes to a close, we want to thank you for your support of the Club through what has been an exciting year of change and growth for the organization. A few highlights from 2023 include:
Introduced HTX Soccer to our community as the Houston area’s leaders in youth soccer at every level – from those taking their first steps onto the field to elite athletes competing at the national level and heading into college.
Announced a landmark partnership with C.F. Monterrey Rayados, one of Mexico’s top clubs for both men and women, to identify top talent, accelerate player and coach development, and provide international opportunities for our elite boys and girls teams.
Witnessed on-field success from our girls and boys Elite and Competitive teams, with 18 teams advancing to end-of-year playoff competitions, as well as eight of those teams claiming Conference or Division regular season championships.
Multiple players were also selected for their respective national team events and attended identification training programs across the country.
Expanded our College Center offerings by partnering with the SportsRecruit platform and adding two College Placement Directors to assist players in the college recruitment process.
Over 70 players committed to play college soccer from the Class of 2023.
Over 4,000 players participating in our Spring and Fall Recreational seasons.
Over $120,000 was raised for scholarships and charitable donations.
1,300+ teams participated in yearly club tournaments.
These are only a handful of this year’s great accomplishments at the club, with each player and team celebrating their own individual successes throughout the year that have contributed these milestones. From the entire HTX Soccer team, we hope that you and your family enjoy this holiday season, and we look forward to celebrating even more achievements in 2024.
