This is a part-time role for a Travel Consultant at GOMEGA Travel & Tours. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with travel arrangements for individuals and groups, providing travel management services, and offering superior customer service. You will be responsible for generating new business via call and email campaigns, handling reservations and collaborating closely with clients to create personalized travel itineraries tailored to their preferences.

Qualifications/Skills

• 3 years customer service / sales experience.
• 3 years GDS experience. Preferably Sabre.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Experience in Travel & Air booking system and software required.
• Proven sales record in generating new business.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements skills.
• Experience in making travel arrangements and managing reservations.
• Knowledge of travel destinations.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work well in a demanding environment.
