Job Description

This is a different kind of job.......it is a manager's assistant.......who helps to do whatever needs to be done
in processing a client's reservation --- Including but not limited to:
Reconcile passenger lists on a cruise ; timely email notices; update post records in computerized profiles with customer requests & comments; process reservation & delivery of computerized documents; maintain inventory for rooms at resorts & cabins on ships; get supplies ready for a trade show; confirm attendance to sponsored events; master & reconcile inventory for ship cabins & hotel rooms; ANSWER PHONES; and, last but not least - any other duties that management may assign. Note: Overtime not necessary but may be required from time to time to meet a deadline. On May 20th, FOX Travel celebrated 40 years in the business and would not have been able to achieve this without its' dedication to CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Skills Required

Computer literate - well versed in Excel & email programs.
Remember: One can not get a 'YES' IF THEY DO NOT ask the QUESTION.
Inventory control
Data skills
Accounting to the point all rooming lists, cabin lists & any kind of counting function - MUST BALANCE
