Job Description

Position Summary
The Program Coordinator supports the planning and delivery of incentive travel programs by assisting with participant communications, logistical arrangements, and general office operations. As a key member of the Client Services team, this role requires an individual who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to the success of each client program. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and bring energy, creativity, and precision to day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Create, prepare, and distribute participant communications and program materials.
• Coordinate and support travel arrangements for individual and group travel.
• Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Assist with logistical and administrative tasks to support program managers and associates.
• Run local errands related to program prep and general office needs.
• Help track timelines and deliverables for assigned client programs.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused office environment.

Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow through on assignments.
• Self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and pitch in wherever needed.
