Service First Automotive Shop will be located at the southwest corner of Kuykendahl Road and New Harmony Drive, directly across from the new Walgreens. An H-E-B grocery store along with Walgreens will serve as anchors in the highly-anticipated 60-acre village center.

Service First will begin construction in the summer with an expected completion date slated for the third quarter of 2014. This will be the first of three shops planned in The Woodlands. Plans are still underway for two additional locations in the community.

“We are thrilled that Service First will open in Creekside Park Village Center. The center will offer great neighborhood services including retail and dining along with convenient office space,” said Alex Sutton, Co-President of The Woodlands Development Company. “Creekside Park Village Center will also feature Creekside Village Green, a scenic greenspace with a water feature that will serve as the focal point for the location.”

Service First Automotive was designed by a team of customer service experts on a mission to change the image of the automotive service industry. The shop offers five-star amenities such as an enclosed indoor children’s playground, Starbucks® coffee, iPad bar and a 10-minute air conditioned, drive-thru oil change.

“We are very excited to be expanding our operations into The Woodlands and providing a level of service that The Woodlands residents will appreciate,” said Terral Hill, President, CEO and Co-Founder of Service First Automotive Shop. “With attitude, aptitude, ethics and a servant’s heart, we will change the image of the automotive service industry.”

Service First has helped many community schools and looks forward to partnering with schools that students residing in The Woodlands attend.

Terral Hill with Service First represented the automotive shop while Philip Fruge, Director – Commercial Land Transactions for The Howard Hughes Corporation, represented The Woodlands in the lease transaction.
