First Choice ER opens new location in Creekside

THE WOODLANDS, Texas — First Choice Emergency Room celebrated the opening of its 29th location in the Houston area in the Village of Creekside Park.

Located at 26306 Kuykendahl Road, the new location is led by facility and Houston-area director, Dr. Derek Caraway. The facility is open 24 hours and boasts a full radiology suite that includes a C-T scanner, X-ray machine, ultra-sound and a fully-equipped laboratory.

“We’re so proud that at Creekside Park we hired this amazing staff,” Shanna Welch, Regional Operations Director of First Choice, said. “Not only does our staff live here, shop here and take their kids to school here, but because of First Choice ER, they now have an opportunity to work right here in the community that they care about.”
