The Woodlands Methodist School students earn high awards at science fair
THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- The Woodlands Methodist School seventh graders earned high awards at the Sci- Tech Science Fair.
Eleven, seventh graders presented at the science fair with nine students winning awards for their projects. First place awards were given to Zoe Brieger (Botany/Environmental/Earth), Ally Walker (Botany/Environmental/Earth), Dieter Kingwergs (Medicine & Health), Marcela Dreesen (Medicine & Health), Alicia Fein (Microbiology), and Seth Hutchinson (Engineering). Second place awards were given to Sienna Chavez (Microbiology), Jonathan Cohen (Engineering) and Dawson Davison (Engineering). Fourth place awards were given to Bella Price (Chemistry) and Cassidy Daignaut (Botany).
First and second place winners will move on and compete in the Science and Engineering Fair of Houston (SEFH) on February 23-24 at The University of Houston.
