Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Arrest Three Males from Houston For Burglary

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Texas -- On October 30, 2018 at about 3:50 am Montgomery County Sheriffs Deputies were dispatched to Boost Mobile at 1511 Rayford Rd Spring, Texas in reference to a Burglary that had just occurred. Deputies were informed that a citizen had called 911 stating that he was following a white Ford F250 which contained a safe in the back of the truck. The caller stated the vehicle left the location of the Boost Mobile where an alarm was sounding and that the vehicle had three occupants. Deputies found and attempted to stop the vehicle, but it refused to stop and a pursuit ensued. The pursuit entered Harris County into the Greenspoint area where one of the suspects bailed from the vehicle on Forest Edge Dr., Houston, Texas. Assisting law enforcement agencies gave chase, while the remaining law enforcement continued to pursue the other two suspects in the vehicle. The suspect vehicle entered an apartment complex located at 1000 Greens Road, Houston, Texas. Once the vehicle entered the complex, the suspects stopped at a closed gate at which time they were taken into custody.

During the investigation Deputies found the safe belonging to the Boost Mobile Store along with masks and other burglary tools inside the vehicle. Deputies also discovered that the Ford F250 was reported stolen out of Houston Police Department's jurisdiction. All three suspects were arrested and booked into the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Jail and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and burglary.
