Gorilla Hole in The Woodlands set to return for spring series on January 18, 2019

THE WOODLANDS, Texas – The Woodlands Township’s Gorilla Hole program returns for the new year on Friday, January 18, 2019, from 7 to 9:45 p.m. at The Recreation Center at Bear Branch Park, 5310 Research Forest Drive, The Woodlands, TX 77381.

Gorilla Hole is held on Friday evenings throughout the year and features themed nights with games and activities for incoming/outgoing fifth and sixth graders. Children have fun in a group setting while making new friends and memories. Pizza and sweet treats are provided. Additional concessions are available for purchase for $1 per item (cash only).

The Township has introduced new options for securing a spot at these fun-filled events. Parents can pre-register by calling The Recreation Center at Bear Branch Park at 281-210-3950 or The Recreation Center at Rob Fleming Park at 281-516-7348, or by registering online before 6 p.m. on event night for $8. Parents may also elect to purchase a season pass for $45, which ensures entry for your child for all seven dates throughout the spring season. February 1 - Game Night

February 15 - 80’s Valentine

March 1 - Halloween in March

April 5 -Glamping Movie Night

May 3 - Breakfast Club

May 17 - Pool Party, Rob Fleming Aquatic Center

These events will be highly staffed by police security and Township staff. Children will not be permitted to leave the recreation center unless accompanied by their parent or guardian.
