Pedophile Sentenced to 10 Years Probation in Montgomery County

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- Yesterday a jury in the 221st District Court of Montgomery County found Jonathan Robert Sutton guilty of online solicitation of a child. Today that same jury sentenced him to 10 years probation, along with 180 days confinement in jail and registering as a sex offender. We are proud of the job that Detective Epperson from Montgomery County Constable Pct 3 office Internet Crimes Against Children Division. On April 24th of 2018, Jonathan Robert Sutton was taken into custody after communicating with
undercover officers and showing up at a sports facility in Montgomery County with the intention to have sex with a 13-year-old female. Detective Epperson was able to develop a strong case and to provide the evidence needed for the Montgomery County D.A.’s office to get a conviction at trial.
