Precinct 3 Constable's Office partners with Beaumont PD to arrest man on child pornography charges

THE WOODLANDS, TX - On January 6, 2023, the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office and members of the Houston-Metro Internet Crimes Against Children’s Task Force conducted a search warrant on Keith Peterson’s apartment home located in Beaumont, Texas. Precinct 3 detectives started this investigation due to Peterson sharing child sexual abuse media to detectives in The Woodlands.

Precinct 3 detectives obtained a search warrant and contacted the Beaumont Police Department for assistance. Because of the investigation, Peterson was arrested at his apartment and transported to the Montgomery County Jail. Peterson has been charged with five counts of Possession with Intent to Promote Child Pornography.
