Felony Arrest - Eric Heidenreich

MAGNOLIA, TX -- On February 10th, 2023, Detectives from Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable's Office assigned to the Houston-Metro Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force served a residential search warrant in Magnolia. During the investigation Eric Heidenreich was placed into custody for the Possession or Distribution of Child Sexual Assault Material. We would like to thank the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office, Montgomery County Precinct 1, 4 and 5 Constable's Offices, Conroe Police Department, Abilene Police Department, Harris County Sheriff's Office High Tech-Crimes Unit, the Federal Bureau of Investigations and the Department of Homeland Security for their assistance with this investigation.

This investigation is ongoing, and all persons are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
