HFG Wealth Advisor George Musselman authorized to use Certified Financial Planner mark

THE WOODLANDS, TX – George Musselman, a Wealth Advisor with HFG Wealth Management, has been authorized by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. (CFP Board) to use the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ mark and CFP® certification mark in accordance with CFP Board certification.

Musselman, has been a professional in the financial services industry for over 10 years, and works with HFG clients throughout our community, the state of Texas, and across the United States on their long-term investment goals, joining HFG Wealth Management in January 2019. Musselman earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas State University.

The CFP ® marks identify those individuals who have met the rigorous experience and ethical requirements of CFP Board, have successfully completed financial planning coursework and have passed the CFP ® Certification Examination covering the following areas: the financial planning process, risk management, investments, tax planning and management, retirement and employee benefits, and estate planning. CFP ® professionals also agree to meet ongoing continuing education requirements and to uphold CFP Board’s Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility, Rules of Conduct and Financial Planning Practice Standards.
