SPRING, TX -- On May 5, 2020 at approximately 11:00 PM, your Montgomery County Constable Precinct 3 Deputies stopped a vehicle on Rayford Road for multiple moving violations reported in by a concerned citizen.
Deputies made contact with the suspect Rafer Daniels who was arrested for manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance, being in possession of numerous narcotics including ecstasy and hydrocodone, and being in possession of a firearm illegally.
