Special SJRA Board of Directors Meeting Announcement - July 10, 2020

THE WOODLANDS, TX - Notice is hereby given to all interested members of the public that the Board of Directors of the San Jacinto River Authority will hold a special meeting via telephone conference call pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 551.125, as amended, and as modified by the temporary suspension of various provisions thereof effective March 16, 2020, by the Governor of Texas in accordance with the Texas Disaster Act of 1975, all as related to the Governor's proclamation on March 13, 2020, and subsequent proclamation dated June 11, 2020, certifying that the COVID-19 pandemic poses an imminent threat of disaster and declaring a state of disaster for all counties in Texas.

There are no items on the agenda for action by said Board of Directors. Accordingly, there will not be an opportunity to provide public comments during the meeting. The conference call phone number is provided for LISTENING PURPOSES ONLY.

1. CALL TO ORDER (OPEN SESSION)

2. CLOSED SESSION -
The Board of Directors will adjourn to Closed Session for consultations with the Authority’s attorneys, pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 551.071, regarding pending litigation related to Hurricane Harvey. No action will be taken during or following Closed Session.

3. Reconvene in Open Session - The Board of Directors will reconvene in Open Session.

4. ADJOURN
