MCTX Sheriff Searches for Suspect in Theft in Spring

SPRING, TX -- On November 15, 2020, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the HEB located at 130 Sawdust Rd in Spring, Texas in reference to a theft. Upon arrival of the deputy, it was learned that a black male attempted to take items from the store without purchasing them. The victim stated he pulled out his phone to call 911 when the male grabbed the phone out of the victim’s hands and ran out of the store. The male is shown in the pictures below.
