THE WOODLANDS, TX -- As part of the no-cost COVID-19 testing offered by Curative, Inc., at The Woodlands Township, customers are now asked to submit their insurance information when scheduling a test. Testing is still offered at no cost to the patient. Customers without insurance will still be tested at no personal cost using coverage from the CARES (Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security) Act.

When booking an appointment, insured customers will upload their insurance card to the appointment scheduler at Uninsured customers will upload their government-issued ID (driver’s license, state-issued ID card or passport.) Those without a government-issued ID will simply provide their name and date of birth. The patient taking the test will answer a few questions regarding symptoms and possible exposure within the past 14 days. To learn more about the testing, please read the Frequently Asked Questions.
Testing takes place seven days a week at The Woodlands Township Town Hall, located at 2801 Technology Forest Blvd. in The Woodlands, TX 77381, with daily hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Additionally, Curative will be adding a second testing site in The Woodlands hosted by the Township, at Sterling Ridge Park and Ride, 8001 McBeth Way. The site will be open beginning on December 14, 2020, through January 31, 2021. It will be a “self-serve” drive-thru operation with hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
