THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce will host a Health, Wellness & Fitness Expo this Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Market Street. This family friendly event is open to the public rain or shine!

Highlights include:
• 30 vendor booths
• Fitness classes performed by Delta Life Fitness, Fitness Project, and Row House
• Photo opportunity in front of a beautiful floral backdrop created by Piney Rose Flowers & Decor
• Fun-filled activities for kids

The participating businesses cover the full spectrum of health and wellness - from float tanks to neuropsychological assessments for children. Information on senior care, chiropractics, orthopedics, women’s health, and more will be available! Also, lab related companies will offer Coronavirus antibody tests and COVID-19 information.

“Coming off of COVID and the pandemic that we've all encountered together, it's kind of a scary time and everybody’s lost and doesn't really know where to get started,” said Jennifer Moore, Owner and Event Specialist at Moore of Everything.

“We really wanted to be able to focus on mental health and wellness, and learning how things look going forward,” she said.

The expo has plenty of fun for the kiddos as well, including face painting, balloon animals, Easter crafts, and photos with the Easter bunny! Have your little ones bring along their favorite stuffed animal for a ‘teddy bear checkup’ - health professionals from America’s ER will treat the stuffed animal as they would a patient. This is a great way for kids to learn more about medicine and become comfortable with medical practices.

America’s ER is the presenting sponsor of the expo - America’s ER is wholly focused on providing superior and convenient medical care with amazing customer service. They go above and beyond to supply their facilities with state-of-the-art equipment, hire only the best ER board certified doctors, experienced nurses and staff, and work hard to become a meaningful part of the community.
