HOUSTON, TX -- St. Luke’s Health will begin offering walk-in vaccinations to anyone 16 and older on the campus of Texas Southern University (TSU) starting Monday, April 19 through Friday, April 23. Vaccines will be available from 7:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. at TSU’s Nabrit Science Center located at 3100 Cleburne St. in Houston, Texas.

All adults interested in receiving the vaccine do not need to register for an appointment online. Registration will be done on site when they arrive, on a first come first basis for the week. Minors between 16 and 17 years must have a parent or legal guardian with them at the vaccination site. People 80 years old or older and other previously defined high-risk groups will be given priority, as requested by the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS).

Accessible parking for patients with disabilities is available in Lot M located at 4400 Tierwester St. All others must park in the West Garage located at 3001 Blodgett St. Shuttles have been made available for transportation to and from the vaccination clinic and parking locations.

At St. Luke’s Health, it is our priority to administer COVID-19 vaccines as quickly and safely as possible. To date, St. Luke’s Health facilities have administered more than 240,000 doses of the vaccine to individuals who meet the state’s guidelines for distribution. We urge the community to continue to follow CDC guidelines for the pandemic. Vaccines are just one tool in our toolkit to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Please remember to wash your hands regularly, always wear face coverings in public, and follow social distancing guidelines and government quarantine directives in your area.
