Constables Arrest Suspects Who Robbed A Victim At Gunpoint At A Spring HEB Store

SPRING, TX -- On May 28, 2021, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the HEB parking lot located in the 7310 block of Louetta Road in reference to an Aggravated Robbery.

Upon deputies arriving, the victim and a witness stated that two male suspects held her at gunpoint and robbed her of her purse while she was loading her groceries in her vehicle.

After a thorough investigation, Constable Deputies were able to obtain the license plate of the suspect vehicle and relocated to the registered address in the 11900 block of Eastvita Circle. The suspects were detained and identified as Adrian Fernandez and Jermaine Strong.

During a search of the suspect vehicle, the victim's stolen purse was recovered, along with the firearm used during the robbery.

They were arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail, charged with Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon . Adrian Fernandez' bond was set at $75,000.00 and Jermaine Strong's bond was set at $60,000.00 out of the 180th District Court.
