The Woodlands Township to hold Special Board of Directors Meeting on 11/12/21

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Woodlands Township Board of Directors will hold a Special Board Meeting at 4 p.m., Friday, November 12, 2021. The meeting will be held at the office of The Woodlands Township, 2801 Technology Forest Blvd., The Woodlands, Texas 77381.

Residents are always encouraged to attend or to watch the meeting live online.

Several items are on the Agenda including the following:


• Receive, consider and act upon Incorporation Planning Study matters.

• Receive, consider and act upon an update on the Grogan's Mill Nature Trail Replacement Project.

• Receive, consider and act upon canvassing the returns and declaring the results of the Directors Election and the Incorporation, Maximum Initial Municipal Property Tax Rate and Transfer of Powers, Bonding Ability and Taxing Powers Election held within The Woodlands Township on November 2, 2021, and the adoption of an Order in connection therewith.

In accordance with state law, notice of meetings is posted at least 72 hours in advance. This posting occurs inside the boundaries of the Township at its office building, and on this website.
