Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Seeks Identity of Criminal Mischief Suspect in Magnolia

MAGNOLIA, TX -- The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a Criminal Mischief incident that occurred at the Treehouse Café located at 12202 FM 1488 in Magnolia, Texas. On December 23, 2021, at about 9:40 PM, the suspect entered the property and cut into an Elm tree, causing the tree and the treehouse to nearly collapse. The criminal actions of this person left the owner with thousands of dollars in damage.

The suspect left the area in what is believed to be a late 1980’s or early 1990’s model pickup with two-tone paint.
