Montgomery County Featured Felon Arrest by Splendora PD

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- Officer with Splendora Police Department observed a male who the officer recognized as a wanted individual, later identified as Jarret Greenhaw sitting outside a local business. The officer went to go make contact with Jarret, when Jarret turned away from the officer. The officer went to detain Jarret. At this time, Jarret began to resist the officer. A couple of outstanding citizens saw the officer attempting to detain Jarret, when they jumped into action and assisted the officer. Jarret was shortly detained. After further investigation, Jarret was found to be in possession of a Controlled Substance. Jarret also showed to have an outstanding warrant for Assault Family Violence causing Bodily Injury. Jarret was arrested for the warrant along being charged Possession of Controlled Substance and Resisting Arrest.
