Conroe came out first in the third inning to bring in a run making it 1-0 early on. The battle of the pitchers commenced as College Park struggled to find an opening to get a run in. Conroe locked up the infield and pitching which made it look like it was going to be a shut-out.
College Park pushed through and got a run past home plate on the final inning. Conroe was determined to win at home and as they retired College Park they came out with momentum and determination to get a walk off run.
With the dugout buzzing and rowdy, Conroe was able to pull off a walk-off, making the score 2-1. College Park brought in one run off of five hits and Conroe brought in two off of six hits.
