The Woodlands next possession tied up the game and it seemed like it was going to go 1 for 1 early in the game.

Then North Shore kicked it into high gear with a punt return, pick 6 and interception. The Woodlands quickly found themselves down 42-7 by the first half. North shore shut down The Woodlands passing game and with their speed took it to the house multiple times.

In the second half, north shore slowed down but still managed to stop The Woodlands offense. Although, Mabrey Mettauer was under pressure from the North Shore defense, he was able to break through the defensive line and run it in himself making it 49-14.
