THE WOODLANDS, TX - Here is a list of significant activity and calls for service for the Shenandoah Police Department for the week of December 4 - 10, 2022

Arrests

• Public Intoxication – 8900 block of Metropark – Suspect arrested for being drunk in public.
• Assist Other Agency – 19000 block of IH-45 – Assisted during a pursuit in which the suspect was arrested.
• Assist Other Agency – 19000 block of IH-45 – A hit-and-run accident occurred in the area of Rayford Sawdust. SHPD units located the suspect vehicle and attempted to stop it, but it fled to the Willis area where it hit a tree. The suspect was taken into custody on multiple charges.
• Theft – 19100 block of IH-45 – A suspect was arrested for theft from a retail store.
• Unlawful Carry of a Weapon / Recovery of Stolen Vehicle – 19100 block of IH-45 – Suspect arrested for being in possession of a firearm and driving a stolen vehicle.
• Narcotics – 25000 block of IH-45 – SHPD unit, working with a task force, arrested a suspect for an outstanding arrest warrant.
• Theft – 19200 block of IH-45 – Suspect issued a citation for theft from a retail store.
• Recovery of Stolen Vehicle – 19400 block of IH-45 – A patrol unit located a reported stolen vehicle. The driver was detained and later arrested. The stolen vehicle was recovered.
• Theft / Escape – 19000 block of IH-45 – A suspect was arrested for theft from a retail store. The suspect managed to escape and was quickly located and taken back into custody.
• Theft – 19100 block of IH-45 – A suspect was arrested for theft from a retail store.

Other (without arrests)

• Recovered Stolen Vehicle – Woodlands Parkway – Patrol officer located a reported stolen vehicle. Vehicle was recovered.
