Grogan's Mill Village Association awards $25,000 in scholarships

THE WOODLANDS, TX - At the May Grogan’s Mill Village Association meeting, the board celebrated the 14 students that were awarded scholarships from the GMVA. A total of $25,000 was awarded in scholarships.

The scholarships were awarded based on criteria of academic excellence, community service, recommendations from teachers, counselors and employees and financial need. Profits from The Woodlands Farmer's Market, which is sponsored by the GMVA, fund GMVA scholarships and other philanthropic programs.
