The Woodlands Township to host 26th annual Woodlands Landscaping Solutions Event

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Woodlands Township will host the annual Woodlands Landscaping Solutions event on Saturday, September 30, 2023, from 9 a.m. to noon at The Recreation Center at Rob Fleming Park, located at 6464 Creekside Forest Drive, The Woodlands, TX 77389.

This is a free event to share tips and resources for creating landscapes that are beautiful as well as water-wise and earth-friendly. Woodlands Landscaping Solutions, the region’s premier lawn and garden event, features dozens of retail and educational booths as well as lectures and hands-on learning by area experts.

Attendees can visit with experts one-on-one for advice on gardening, landscaping, lawn care, plant and tree care, wildlife and more. If a particular plant is giving you trouble, bring in a sample for an on-site diagnosis. If you’re interested in attracting more birds or butterflies to your garden, visit with an expert who can help you build a beautiful garden that wildlife and neighbors alike will appreciate. Shop for rain barrels, compost bins, compost, local honey and native plants.

Compost classes will be held at 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30 a.m. inside the recreation center. This event has something for everyone, including live music, wildlife ambassadors, children’s activities and much more.
