Howard Hughes hosts annual Media Appreciation Luncheon at rise soufflé

THE WOODLANDS, TX – Howard Hughes Holdings, Inc. hosted its annual Media Appreciation Luncheon recently at rise soufflé - The Woodlands (our editor wants to assure you that the name of the restaurant isn't capitalized) in the Creekside area of The Woodlands. Nearly two dozen members of local media of all types attended the luncheon, where Jim Carman, the Houston region president of Howard Hughes, talked about the excitement facing the new year as The Woodlands prepares to celebrate its 50th anniversary. He noted that in 2023 approximately 530,000 square feet of commercial real estate space had been leased, and that number is expected to be eclipsed by even greater activity in 2024.
