Conroe ISD Launches Community Collaborative

CONROE, TX -- Applications are being accepted for the new Conroe ISD Leads: Community Collaborative until Friday, February 9 at noon.

Community Collaborative is an opportunity for members of the community to get a behind-the-scenes look at one of the largest school districts in the State of Texas. This program is designed to enhance participants’ knowledge of programs and processes implemented in Conroe ISD. Community Collaborate will meet on five half-days from February to May at a variety of district locations.

Potential topics include public school finance, procurement processes, transportation, attendance boundaries, growth, specialty programs, Career & Technical Education, recruitment, professional learning, curriculum, planning and construction, summer school, and school safety.

Participants will also have the opportunity to engage in a variety of other District meetings and events. Approximately 30 individuals will be accepted to into the inaugural class of this program.

Spring 2024 Sessions

• Friday, February 23: 8-11 a.m.
• Friday, March 22: 8-11 a.m.
• Friday, April 19: 8-11 a.m.
• Friday, May 10: 8-11 a.m.
• Friday, May 31: 8-11 a.m.
