Volunteers needed for The Woodlands Township village committees

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Volunteers are needed to fill vacant positions on The Woodlands Residential Design Review Committee (RDRC) for the Villages of Cochran's Crossing and Indian Springs WCA (east of Falconwing Drive). Volunteers must own property and reside in their respective village to serve on the committee. The Residential Design Review Committee is a design and review group within The Woodlands who represent the resident viewpoint essential to the evaluation and approval process. This protects the integrity of neighborhoods and the natural beauty of The Woodlands and The Residential Development Standards.

The Cochran's Crossing committee meets the second Thursday of each month at 5 p.m. The Indian Springs WCA committee meets the second Thursday of each month at 5:30 p.m.

Those interested may obtain an application online at www.thewoodlandstownship-tx.gov/covenants. Completed applications must be dropped off at The Woodlands Township Town Hall or be mailed to The Woodlands Township at 2801 Technology Forest Boulevard, The Woodlands, TX 77381, and be received (not post marked) no later than 5 p.m. on Friday, November 29, 2024. The appointments will be made at the next meeting of the RDRCs at their regularly scheduled meetings in December 2024.
