Conroe ISD Board to Conduct Interim Superintendent Interviews at Special Meeting on May 19

CONROE, TX -- The Conroe Independent School District Board of Trustees has announced that it will hold a special called meeting on Monday, May 19, 2025, at 9 AM to conduct interviews and potentially take action on the appointment of an interim superintendent. This decision comes as the district prepares for a leadership transition following the recent announcement that Superintendent Dr. Curtis Null has been named the Lone Finalist for the superintendent position at Lake Travis ISD.

The Board emphasized their commitment to transparency and community involvement throughout this process and issued the following statement:

“We look forward to working with the Conroe ISD community during this important time of transition. There will be many opportunities in the near future for all stakeholders—parents, staff, students, and community members—to provide input and feedback as we plan for the future of our district.”
