ConNEXT Steps is not just a nonprofit community organization—it’s a support network, a life school, and a bridge to new opportunities.

A Mission with Purpose

Founded with a strong commitment to serve and uplift new members of the community, ConNEXT Steps offers programs designed to meet the most pressing and practical needs: English (ESL) and Spanish (SSL) classes, and soon Chinese (CSL), U.S. citizenship preparation, professional development, parental support, and small business workshops. But beyond the programs, its true driving force is a commitment to human dignity and social transformation.

That's why its language courses don’t just teach grammar and vocabulary; they open doors to relationships, jobs, and civic engagement. Likewise, their citizenship prep course not only informs but inspires, building the confidence of those seeking to belong—both legally and emotionally—to the United States.

ConNEXT Steps also supports economic growth. Through entrepreneurship workshops, job search guidance, and its Job Search Ministry, participants gain practical tools to thrive in a competitive job market. Trained mentors and passionate volunteers accompany every step, ensuring no one walks alone.
