New Havertys Furniture Showroom Coming to Valley Ranch Town Center

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Signorelli Company announces that Atlanta-based Havertys Furniture (NYSE: HVT and HVT.A), a retailer known for quality home furnishings and free in-home design services, is coming to Valley Ranch Town Center with a 41,500-square-foot showroom slated to open in Fall 2025. It’s the newest addition to Valley Ranch Town Center, located in the growth corridor of Interstate 69 and Grand Parkway, and offering a collection of clothing and home retailers, restaurants, entertainment and service providers.

Recently returning to the Houston market after 40 years, the Havertys store at Valley Ranch Town Center will be located at 22296 Market Place Drive in New Caney, Texas. Havertys’ new store will feature an open layout showcasing a wide variety of styles and excellent values for every room in the home with professional and friendly sales associates and designers to help customer find “the one.” Founded in 1885, Havertys currently has 23 locations in Texas and 130 showrooms in 17 states across the Southern and Midwestern regions. The new Valley Ranch showroom will be Havertys third location in Greater Houston.

Additionally, Hope Media Group, the Houston-based ministry with multiple media brands, is set to open its new corporate headquarters with state-of-the-art broadcast studios in June 2025. Lumos, a 45,000-square-foot high-tech entertainment venue designed for families, adults, and corporate events, plans to open in Summer 2025.
